How do I return something?

If you have purchased a mattress that is eligible for a return you have the option to return the mattress for a full or partial refund, depending on if the mattress qualifies for the risk-free trial. You can begin the returns process after forty five (45) nights from receipt of delivery. You will have an additional 75 days (for a total of 120 days from your purchase date) to schedule a return.

Accessory items are not returnable or refundable. Doesn't apply to all mattresses and models, closeout beds, demo beds, friends and family beds and other discounted beds may not qualify to be returned.
