Please verify that your wired hand controller looks similar to one of the images below. To properly troubleshoot your hand control please follow these simple steps:
1.) Please make sure there is power to the air control unit. We highly recommend power cycling your air control unit.
2.) Please make sure the wired hand controller is properly plugged in and secured in the air control unit. Also, please make sure there is no damage to the wire. Once secured, then power cycle the air control unit.
3.) .After following the above steps, the display does not turn on, or turns on but does not function then you may need to file a warranty claim - click here for warranty information.
4.) If the display turns on and the controls are responsive but nothing happens to the mattress, then there may be an issue with the air control unit and you may need to file a warranty claim - click here for warranty information.
5.) If the hand control is working, and the air control unit is working, but you do not feel any adjustment. There is a good chance the wired hand controls are in the wrong location and need to switch sides of the bed.
